perfect ac short tour
the air conditioning system worked perfectly. the transfer driver provided a small tour upon our arrival. the room included everything i needed.

the location was very central i could walk to many places. the room was clean it was modern. the staff were helpful they answered my questions.
the distance to parking was not ideal i had to walk a bit. the room was small i expected it to be larger. i was double charged for tourist tax i think it was a mistake.

The air-conditioning worked perfectly . The room was also very bright and nice. The bus stop was a short walk away. I found some very good cafes nearby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with requests. The room was bright and the air conditioning worked great (it was really needed!). A short walk to the town centre and bus stop made getting around easy. There were also some good cafes nearby.
I found the parking a bit far from the hotel.

Although I did not have breakfast at the hotel, I noticed that the dining area was clean. Several restaurants and bars are located very close to the hotel, providing easy access to different cuisines. Menus from nearby restaurants were also available at reception.

The location is convenient, especially without a car. The bus station is a short walk away, awesome for easy access to other parts of the island. The marina is also within walking distance (about 10 minutes away).

The receptionist was kind and helpful. She always smiled and assisted with any questions. She also stored my luggage while my room was prepared. Conchi was especially helpful.

I was double charged for the tourist tax. The manager said it was the new rate, but that was not true. This was pretty frustrating.

The hotel felt recently refurbished with a high-quality finish. My room included excellent air conditioning. The bed and bedding were clean. The reception staff was cute and helpful. I appreciated their assistance .
The room size seemed smaller than expected. I anticipated a bit more space.
